This policy explains what personal data Quantnova AI collects through the SignalSet Gold AI app and this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect only what the service actually needs to work — there is no hidden data sale, and no credit card or bank data ever passes through our systems, because subscriptions are paid in Bitcoin.
Who we are
Quant Nova-AI ("Quantnova AI", "we", "us") builds SignalSet Gold AI, a subscription app that produces rule-based, AI-assisted trading signals and market analysis, and operates this website. This policy covers both. For any privacy question, write to support@quantnova-ai.tech.
Data we collect
Account data: full name, email address, phone number, date of birth (used only to confirm you meet the minimum age for the service), and preferred language. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information Google shares for that purpose. Usage data: your scan and signal history, the trading style and signal model you select, in-app preferences (such as leverage settings or voice/auto-read preferences), and basic technical data like device type and app version, used to keep the service working correctly. Payment data: when you subscribe, you send Bitcoin to an address we display and may optionally provide a transaction ID; a team member manually verifies the payment on the public Bitcoin network before activating your subscription. We never collect, see, or store card numbers or bank account details, because no card or bank payment method exists in the app. Device token: only if you enable push notifications, so we can deliver them. Support requests: anything you send us via the in-app feedback form or by email, including your email address for replying.
How we use it
To create and run your account and deliver the signals and analysis you subscribe to; to confirm you meet the service's minimum age requirement; to manually verify and activate Bitcoin payments; to send service notifications you've opted into (such as alerts you configure); to respond when you contact support; and to diagnose and fix real problems with the service. We do not use your personal data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Legal basis for processing
We process account and payment data because it's necessary to perform our contract with you (providing the subscription you signed up for). We process optional data — such as push-notification tokens and marketing communications — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the app's settings.
Cookies and local storage
The SignalSet Gold AI app itself does not use browser cookies. This website uses a small number of cookies and browser storage, described in full in our separate Cookie Policy — in short: a cookie that remembers your chosen language, and a voice/assistant preference stored only in your own browser (never sent to us). This site does not currently use any third-party advertising cookies.
Third-party services we rely on
Supabase hosts our database, authentication, and backend functions. Google provides optional sign-in (Google OAuth). Google's Gemini model is used only to turn the output of our own deterministic signal engine into a readable explanation — it never decides the BUY/SELL/NO TRADE signal itself. Market-data providers (such as Twelve Data) supply real-time price data used to generate signals; this is market data, not your personal data. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms, and only the minimum necessary is shared with them.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers listed above, acting on our instructions, and when required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.
Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and audit purposes (for example, records of approved payments). You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time, subject to those legal retention needs; anything we can delete immediately, we do.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. SignalSet Gold AI includes a built-in data export you can request from your Account settings. Security
Data in transit between the app, this website, and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to backend systems is restricted to authorized team members. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we ask you to also do your part: use a strong, unique password and keep your device secure.
International data transfers
Our infrastructure providers may process data on servers located outside your own country. Where that happens, we rely on those providers' own safeguards for cross-border data transfer.
Age eligibility
SignalSet Gold AI is not directed at children. You must meet the minimum age required in your own jurisdiction to use financial-market information services and to enter into a paid subscription; we ask for your date of birth at registration specifically to confirm this.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
