These terms govern your use of the SignalSet Gold AI app and this website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please also read our Risk Disclosure — it is part of these terms, not a separate formality.
Acceptance of these terms
By registering for, or using, SignalSet Gold AI or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement and to use financial-market information services. By registering, you confirm the information you provide, including your date of birth, is accurate.
What the service is
SignalSet Gold AI provides rule-based, AI-assisted trading signals (BUY / SELL / NO TRADE), market structure analysis, and educational content, currently focused on XAUUSD and precious metals. The underlying signal is produced by a deterministic, rule-based engine; our AI (Gemini) is used only to explain that output in natural language and never overrides it. The service is an informational and analytical tool. It is not a broker, does not place trades, and does not hold or manage your money.
Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.
Subscription and payment
SignalSet Gold AI is a paid subscription. Current pricing is shown in the app and on this website's Products page before you pay. Payment is currently accepted in Bitcoin only; each payment is manually reviewed and approved before your subscription period (typically 30 days) is activated — there is no automatic recurring charge, since Bitcoin payments cannot be auto-billed. To continue after your period ends, you submit a new payment. If, exceptionally, a payment method other than Bitcoin becomes available, these terms will be updated to reflect it before it is offered.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the app's signals or content commercially; attempt to bypass subscription checks; abuse, overload, or attack our infrastructure; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Intellectual property
The SignalSet Gold AI app, this website, their content, branding, and underlying technology belong to Quant Nova-AI or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service — it does not transfer ownership of any of it to you.

Nothing in the app or on this website is personalized investment, legal, or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation that any particular trade is suitable for you. See our Risk Disclosure for the full explanation.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that signals will be profitable, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that market data will always be current — real-time data occasionally experiences delays or gaps outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quant Nova-AI is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Third-party links and brokers
The app and this website may link to independent third parties, including brokers we have a paid marketing/affiliate relationship with (disclosed where it appears). We do not control, and are not responsible for, those third parties' services, terms, or conduct. Opening an account with a linked broker creates a separate relationship directly between you and that broker.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the service, and will make reasonable efforts to tell you why.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, where Quant Nova-AI is based, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
